“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.” -Tim Cahill Cartagena:  A Quick Overview I’ve spent a lot of time traveling in mountainous cites and jungle hikes.  Obviously I’m impartial to these locales.  It’s time to spice it up with something different:  Cartagena.
